At the break of Ramadan, culturally we get week of rest and rejuvenation! I have been relaxing and continuing to soak up the culture. I'm really excited because here in a little bit, some friends and co-workers and I are going on a CAMPING TRIP into one of our wadis, or desert valleys, for a couple days. Close friends. Laughter and Stories. Smores. Campfire. Sleeping under stars unaffected be American light pollution...pray that I still want to come home. Just kidding!

Ramadan is over!
With the end of September and the new moon, came the end of Ramadan and food in the streets! I am so excited to be able to go out with my friends and eat in public again! It was definitely an AMAZING experience, but I am relieved to have the simple freedom of carrying bottled water and eating out.
