First Thanksgiving dinner

Today was the Thanksgiving dinner (lunch) with the Amman International Church. It's a week early, for Thanksgiving is not till next weekend, but still welcomed! About 100 people gathered in a school gym and had a Thanksgiving buffet. There were all sorts of different stuffings, sweet patoto casseroles, mashed potatoes, rolls...and desserts! Tons of desserts!
After sharing a yummy meal with friends and team members the guys headed outside to play football on the field...and the girls headed outside as well to enjoy the wonderful cool breeze that now fills our days here, and to encourage the young boys in their playing. Sitting out there watching boys play football after downing some turkey and stuffing felt like a typical Thanksgiving day.
